Mediocre, but better than doing it yourself
The best thing about the Maids is they show up around the time they say they will and they're in and out quickly. As for the quality of the work, I can do a better job myself, but I hire them when I don't have time to do it. I have friends that use them on a regular basis and get a good rate from them, but they were not willing to give me the same deal, so I don't use them regularly.

excellent service!
a friend of mine uses this service and i was skeptical at first allowing strangers into my home, but after seeing what they did at her house, i was convinced that this company was my choice for helping me keep my home clean. they were friendly and did a great job. highly recommend!

Concise communication necessary
The Maids does a very good job, once they get the instructions. If you're not careful, they will do more than expect. That's not always a bad thing, just be ready to pay more than you expected. I found once I made it very clear what I wanted cleaned, they are great.
